2010 was a fantastic Year for The Brew the highlights including the Gig at the Gdansk

arena with Gov’t Mule and the Burg Hurzburg festival in Germany and the Luna Lunera

Festival in Spain.  The Brew received 2 awards from Germany, the first an award from the Burg

Herzburg festival. This was a "Gold Medal" award, for having the largest crowd in the 40 year

history of the festival at the time slot the Brew played. The crowd was in excess of 10,000 at

the time. The second, an award from Eclipsed Magazine Germany. This National, Classic

Rock/Rock magazine awarded The Brew, as voted for by the readers, 3rd best Live act in

Germany 2010, behind Deep Purple and Marillion! The lads were amazed by this fantastic

accolade in their first full year of touring in Germany and to receive this, as voted for by the

readers, was even more special to them!

Again from Germany and the Eclipsed magazine, the The Brew CD release, A Million Dead Stars,

ended the year in the magazine album chart at number 12, again as voted for by the readers,

an amazing achievement as additionally this album had been in the top 10 since its release in February!

A New live DVD release is underway and it is hoped will be ready for the new 2011 tours due to

commence in Spain on 17th February.  Finally, the band have even managed to find the time to

start work on the new album scheduled for release in autumn of 2011 !
